1. Open a new document. I'll do 400x150. Or you can use a sign or whatever.
2. Add text to your document. Use this link if you don't know how.
3. Go to the top menu and click window>animation. this pops up at the bottom of photoshop.
4. Go to your layers make your text hidden. Click the little eye next to it. Now you're going to duplicate it however many times you have a letter. sblayouts.com has 13 letters. so you're going to duplicate it 12 times because you already have one layer.
5. Click on the first layer. Make it visible by clicking the eye and color the first letter. Go to the second copy, make it visible and color it with your second color. do this until all of your text is colored.
6. When it's all colored, make all the layers invisible again. Go down to the animation window and set the speed. I'm going to do .2 sec. Just right click on the 0 sec part. Now duplicate it by clicking this.
7. Duplicate it the same number of times you did for the text. so 12 for me.
8. Go to the first square in the animation window click it, then go to your layers and make the first layer visible.
9. Now click the second square, go to your layers make the second layer visible. do this until you have all your layers into one of those squares in order.
10. When you finish animating. go to file>save for web & devices..
11. In the right hand corner you will see this. Click save. type in the file name and press ok. Now you can upload it to tinypic, cause you're done (:
