1. So, open up your picture, and you can use any kind. It's totally up to you.
2. Now click on the brush tool on the left side of photoshop. Then select a circle like this one. You can change the diameter if you need to. I'm using 300px. This will pop up. leave it like it is, and press ok.
4. Set the layer to screen. See what I mean.
5. Place the orb onto the picture where ever looks best. My final Product
