1. Either make a new document or use the sign you have already made. I made my new document 400x150.
2. Get your text tool and type out what you want it to say. Mess around with the text settings until you have what you want the base to look like. I did my letter spacing at -130, font size 80, and font arial. Center your font by moving it.
3. Double click on your text layer. Go to the first option, Drop Shadow, and make the settings match these.
