You should have the brush, but if you don't here it is. If you don't have it defined and don't know how, use this tutorial.
1. Click the brush tool and select the hollister brush.
2. You will need to resize the brush in order for it to fit in the rays. I'm doing 170px. I always paste the brush down with the color white.
3. Click on the right hand brush tool. Locate it here.
4. Click on Brush Tip Shape. Looks like this.
5. The radius/ circle thing is what you'll be moving to rotate the brush. Move the arrow to the right to get the hollister brush reading left to right. That's where we'll start.
6. Stamp it down. You'll get this. Then continue to move the arrow right and you'll go clockwise around the vector.
